Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Fraser Fyvie Academy coaching services. By booking a session or registering your child you agree to these terms in full.

ABOUT US

Fraser Fyvie Academy is operated by Fraser Fyvie, a UEFA A Licensed coach and ex-professional footballer, based in Aberdeen, Scotland. Sessions are delivered at Goals Aberdeen and West End Park. Associate coaches operate under the FF Academy brand and are appropriately qualified and PVG checked.

BOOKINGS

- All bookings must be made in advance via ClassForKids or by direct message.

- A place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

- Sessions require a minimum of 6 bookings to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not reached 48 hours before the session, the session will be cancelled and full refunds issued.

- Fraser Fyvie Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion.

- Block bookings secure your child's place for the duration of the block. Drop-in places are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

- All session fees are payable in advance via ClassForKids or bank transfer.

- Payment must be received before the first session of any block or before a drop-in session.

- Block booking discounts apply only when the full block is paid upfront.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

- Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice — full refund issued.

- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session — non-refundable.

- If Fraser Fyvie Academy cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up session or full refund will be offered.

- Block bookings are non-refundable once commenced, except in exceptional circumstances.

- No refunds for sessions missed without prior notice.

HEALTH & MEDICAL

- Parents/guardians must declare any medical conditions, allergies or injuries before the first session.

- Players must not attend if unwell, injured or with a contagious illness.

- In the event of a serious injury, emergency services will be called and parents notified immediately.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE

- Fraser Fyvie Academy holds public liability insurance covering all coaching sessions and venues.

- Participation in football coaching carries an inherent risk of injury. We take all reasonable precautions to minimise risk.

- Fraser Fyvie Academy accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property.

BEHAVIOUR

- All players, parents and guardians must behave respectfully at all times.

- Fraser Fyvie Academy reserves the right to remove any player, without refund, if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

- Verbal or physical abuse towards coaches, players or parents will not be tolerated.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

- Fraser Fyvie Academy may use photographs or video from sessions on social media and marketing materials with prior consent.

- Consent is obtained at registration and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting fraserfyvieacademy@outlook.com.

- Parents must not photograph or film other children without consent.

DATA PROTECTION

- Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
