WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
When you register your child we collect:
- Child's full name and date of birth
- Child's age group and ability level
- Parent/guardian full name, email and phone number
- Current football club and position (if provided)
- Areas of development your child wishes to improve
- How you heard about us
- Photography and social media consent
- Medical information relevant to participation (if provided)
WHY WE COLLECT IT
- To place your child in the correct session and ability group
- To contact you regarding registration and session details
- To communicate academy updates, changes or cancellations
- To tailor coaching to your child's individual needs
- To ensure health and safety during sessions
- To process payments
- To comply with safeguarding obligations

HOW WE STORE IT
Data is collected via ClassForKids and Google Forms, stored securely with password and two-factor authentication protection. We do not store data on paper or share it with third parties outside of those required to operate the academy.

- ClassForKids — booking and payment system
- Google Forms / Google Sheets — registration data
- Monzo / Revolut — payment processing
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain your data for as long as your child is an active member. If your child does not join or leaves the academy, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only where legally required — for example with Disclosure Scotland or Police Scotland in safeguarding situations.
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA
We may use photographs and video from sessions on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and our website with your explicit consent obtained at registration. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
